Visiting this website

• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the time and the page you asked for.
• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, and no fonts or scripts from other websites.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.

The waitlist

• What we store: your email address, the date you signed up, which form you used, and a random code for the “leave the list” link. Nothing else.
• Why: to send you one email when VisiKeep is available on the App Store and Google Play, with the download links.
• Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time — use the link in our email or write to privacy@visikeep.com.
• Where: in a Cloudflare database stored in the European Union. To send the launch email we will use an email delivery service; we will name it here before anything is sent.
• How long: until the launch email has gone out. We delete the list within 30 days after that. If you leave earlier, your address is deleted right away.
• We never sell or share your address and don’t use it for anything else.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. It is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy (Art. 15–18 and 20 GDPR), and you can object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to privacy@visikeep.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
