Delete your account
You can delete your VisiKeep account at any time.
In the app (fastest)
Open VisiKeep → Profile → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
Without the app
Email privacy@visikeep.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my VisiKeep account”. We reply to confirm and delete the account within one month.
What happens
- Account and cloud metadata deleted. Your VisiKeep account and the metadata we store in the cloud are removed.
- VisiKeep data on this device removed. The local index, collections, notes and cached results are wiped from this device.
- Screenshots in Photos stay untouched. VisiKeep never deletes the original screenshots in your photo library.
- Subscriptions are managed separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Deleting your VisiKeep account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel billing in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Some records may be kept where the law requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
